Processing Times

"Ready to Ship" Items

1-2 weeks for orders to be processed for shipment from the date that they are placed.

Custom Handmade Goods

4-6 weeks for orders to be processed for shipment from the date that they are placed.

Custom Wall Art

6-8 weeks for orders to be processed for shipment from the date they are placed; times on wall art may be shorter/longer than quoted and will be updated on a case-by-case basis if necessary.

Order Types

Rush Orders

Orders (not including wall art) will be sent no later than a week (up to 7 calendar days) after payment is received.

Wall Art orders will be sent no later than two (2) weeks after payment is received.

Rush Order Fees:

  • Ready to Ship Items: $20.00

  • Handmade Goods: $30.00

  • Wall Art: $50 + (price based on size)

Date Specific Orders

If the order needs to be received by a certain date, please mention this in the notes on the order.

If the date falls before the average processing times, there is no guarantee of date unless a rush fee is submitted.

Payments & Deposits

Wall Art Deposits

  • Once the deposit is made, if the art qualifies, a sample is made and submitted for approval.

$100+: Wall art priced at $100.00+ will require a deposit of 50% of the price before any work begins. 

  • Upon completion of the wall art piece, the remaining balance will be due and the piece will ship.

$100-: Wall art priced below $100.00 will have to be paid in full before any work begins.

There will be no work started on any wall art without a deposit or full payment.

Payment Plans

Payment installments are available upon request. Items need to paid in full before any work begins on the product.

Wall Art Samples

Large, X-Large, and Custom Shapes

Wall art orders sized large, x-large, or is a custom shape/design will have a mini sample art piece made to confirm artwork.

There can be no edits/updates made after artwork is approved.

The client commissioning the artwork has the ability to purchase the mini before it is made available to the public.

All un-purchased samples are the property of Some Good Customs, LLC., and we reserve the right to resale.

Small and Medium

Wall art orders sized medium and smaller do not receive sample pieces.

If you are unsatisfied with a small or medium size artwork, we will recreate one time free of charge.

Workshops

Waivers

Some Good Customs LLC. will provide participants with all potential hazards before any workshop and require a signed waiver on file.

Refusal to sign the waiver will result in the participant being prohibited from participating in the workshop and forfeiture of any payments related to the workshop.

By participating in any workshop hosted by Some Good Customs, LLC. the participant agrees to all terms and agreements, and releases Some Good Customs, LLC. from any liability associated with any harm or damages as a result of participation.

Virtual Workshops

Payments are to be made per participant. Individuals may not participate without submitting a booking fee, even if they are in the same location as the participants.

Any unauthorized individual participation will result in an immediate termination of the remainder of the workshop and a forfeiture of any payments related to the workshop.

Workshop Craft Supply Kits

Workshop Craft Supply Kits are not included in the workshop booking fee and must be purchased separately. 

Some Good Customs cannot guarantee the arrival of supply kits ordered less than seven (7) days from the scheduled workshop.

Participants will have the ability to reschedule a workshop up to two (2) times, free of charge, in the case of a late supply kit delivery (subject to availability and only for kits fulfilled by Some Good Customs, LLC.). Workshop Craft Supply Kits are non-refundable.

Design Reproduction

All workshop craft designs are a product of Some Good Customs, LLC. and are not authorized to be used or recreated for sale without express permission.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. 

  • Items cannot be refunded, but we are happy to recreate items that are deemed unsatisfactory, one time, free of charge (processing time subject to availability).

  • Items damaged while shipping:

    • If damage is done in the shipping process:​

      • Send images of damage to:​

      • Owner will file a claim with the shipping carrier and begin the process of correcting the item.

  • Cancellations

    • Canceled orders will only receive 50% of payment, due to the custom nature of the item.​
